I'm sorry, but I've had the complete opposite experience with InCharge.
They have notified me of all creditors who have accepted and ones that have not. I have one creditor who did not accept the program, but will accept the payment anyway. Though they are not on the program, the monthly payment is accepted. I just have to keep an extra eye on that account.
I've been with InCharge for 8 months and receive notices every time a payment has been made and received email notices and phone calls when there are discrepancies in statements.
It seems to me that InCharge is designed for the consumer to participate in the program and not just sit back and rely on others to do all the work. I appreciate this because I have learned so much by being part of the process. The real enemy is the creditors.
However, thank you for the notice about the end of payments. I will make sure they are paid off and keep a close eye one my activity before I get to that point.

can anybody help me with a good reputable and legitimate debt consolidation company besides T&C and Incharge Debt Solution Corporation, whether Government or Private corporation. Your help will be highly appreciated. I owe about $48. 000 from medical bills and all of these are on different credit cards. Thanks

well no one is allowed to recommend anyone in a post, but i would suggest find a list of some companies and start researching them fully. also check locally see if there is someone in your area that is always best in my opinion.
