Sub: Indiana lawsuits
Does Indiana have any lawsuits vs SDS West from CA. They are a debt service. I have found that Illinois has filed lawsuit against SDS

I've also heard that Illinois AG has announced two lawsuits - one against SDS West Corporation and the other against Debt Relief USA for charging high fees and engaging in deceptive practices of not providing the services as promised. However, I have heard nothing as such with Indiana.
