So I got a letter in the mail yesterday stating that my CC company was changing the terms of my contract. They are raising my rate by 9% (I am current and have never been late). I am required to call and close the account by a certain date if I do not want to accept the new terms; if I do nothing, I accept the terms by default.

So to all the people who say that this CMS program is not possible, why can the bank change the terms on a whim, and I can't?
