i just had a question, i have a debt with a mall because i used to lease them a space, i'm already sued , will i go to jail if the judge orders me to pay and i dont.

No, you won't go to jail, you can try to arrange a payment plan, then if you don't follow through on the payments they will probably garnish your wages. Confused

The only time you can even come close to jail is if you receive a subpoena from the court and do not show. That usually comes if you have been given post-judgment interrogatories and failed to answer them.

Easiest way to avoid... answer the interrogatories...

I would be careful ignoring what a judge says to do, couldn't that could be seen as contempt of court?
