Kingston Financial on Capitol Ave in Little Rock
I sent them $4,200 like an idiot, without considering how stupid that was, as a collateral payment for an $8,000 personal loan. The process dragged out for an entire month, and now the phone numbers I have for my account rep no longer work, and I still have no loan, and have incurred about $1,000 in fees. Do not use them. If someone named Patrick Stokes contacts you, trust me.... hang up. I was a victim of this companies little scam, and now I'm in a terrible position. Do not send them anything!

They are a huge fraud what they did to me is called me and told me that I qualified for a 10,000 loan but had to pay a collateral security payment of 1,525 and the money will be in the account the following buisiness day. The next day they called and said that my debt to income ratio was an issue so the lender required an addition 1525 and it would be deposited that day. I deposited money in which they turned around the following day called me and stated that the lender dropped off but they found another lender who agreed to my terms for 15,000 but they needed an additional 750 in which I had no where else to go because I needed the money. They said well if you cant you have to wait 3 weeks for the refund in which I couldnt so I borrowed the 750 and called them back and gave confimation in which they said the money will be in the account that day. Never happened I called the next day and they stated that I was suppose to pay a import tax of 900 but since they didnt tell me the money will be deposited on July 3. Well that was a lie. I tried calling back and they screen the calls. The extension was disconected. My father works for the FBI and I reported this company and all the people I worked with to the Attorney Generals office for internet fraud as well. You would think there would be a way to connect the person collecting the money gram to the company. I will find these people and they will pay. If you know anymore about this company please call me at 715-965-2083.

Scamed for $965.00 for a loan that was never received
Two weeks ago, I applied for a loan on line from "Kingston Financial Group and spoke a representative about obtaining a loan. He indicated that he would need $950.00 because of my credit and this would be 6 payments in advance. I went to Walmart and got the money gram (which I have documentations of and documentations of the person I talked to and the person receiving the money). I was called the next day by Patrick Stokes, extension 152, and was advised that the loan was denied, they needed another $950.00. I asked for my refund. He assured me the refund would be electronically deposited into my account on 07-03-09. It is 07-08-09 and they are not answering the phones and I need my money back. Please help! For the record, when all of this began, I asked the representative if this was a scam and of course, he indicated no. That is a lie!

Sorry to say Joan, but you've been scammed. You won't get your money back from them.
And asking them if it was a scam...is like asking the fox if he's gonna eat any of the chickens' he's guarding... File a complaint with your state AG office, the FTC and the BBB. |

Well I called 800-620-8790. These guys are slick. They tell you that the sales people what the sales people tell you does not matter as they don not make the loans. Mind they are the ones that return your calls. I've spoken to my bank (Bank of America) as well as to my state's banking office. Good luck.

Kingston Financial Loans
I got a $200 payday loan from this agency and did not read the fine print. It read that you cannot pay off the premium unless you pay in full. Otherwise, each payday they deduct 89.00. as a loan fee. The only way to stop the electronic deduction is to pay the full amount of 289.00 (in this instance). If you do not...until the loan is paid in full, each payday 89.00 will be deducted. Therefore, I suggest that you do not use this payday loan agency..I have paid over 1000.00 to date for a 200.00 loan.
Yes, I have been a fool. I plan to pay off my load this week. I will let you know if it does work. |

kingston financial
I just recently took a loan out with kingston financial for $200.00 and it was an $89.00 fee. After I took the loan out I decided to research the company and came across alot of people that say that kingston financial is a scam and a ripe off . I took the loan out and it was deposited the next business day as promised. kingston financial took $289.00 out of my savings account on time as I requested. I called them to advise to take the full amount out on my next payperiod and as they specified in their email, I sent them an email requesting the funds taken out on my next payperiod. Thus far I have not had a problem with kingston financial. I see people say that they call the number for kingston financial and the line is busy. I did come across that problem but that was because I called too early. I called when they opened at 8am central time and someone did answer my call.
