Hello My name is Rachael Bachman Im 20 years old.... and I am 3500 in credit card Debit!! Im so far into debt that I have alot of late fees on my credit cards... all of my credit cards are maxed.... and I really need help to get out of debt and get my credit back on track!! Please Help me!!! I have bill collecters calling my house everyday!!! Please Help me!

Welcome to the Community  Have you tried contacting the cc companies and asking them to drop or lower your interest so you can get this paid off? Some companies have a hardship program, and will drop the interest if you commit to paying it off. If this doesn't work, you have registered here,so, you are entitled to a free credit counseling. They will discuss options you may have concerning your debt, such as consolidation. You can put all your unsecured debt into one monthly payment, with lower interest, allowing you to get them paid off faster. You didn't mention if these debts were still with the original creditor or not. If they have been sent to a collection agency, things can get ugly!! Get the debt validated by the collection agency before sending the payment. You must be sure that your file is with them. From the details, you will know whether the OC has sold your file to the CA or they have just been hired to recover the debt. If the OC still has your file in their system, you might be able to work out a payment plan with them. If this is done, you won't have to make any payments to the CA. The OC will pull your file back from the CA.
