I just want everyone to know that this was the WORST company that I've ever dealt with. They were EXTREMELY helpful the first day and then I never heard another word back. I tried to call them to find out what was going on with my account and the gentleman I talked to was very nice. I faxed the proper paperwork in that he asked me to and he told me I would get a call as soon as I faxed it it...that didn't happen. I sent the gentleman an email and he sent me one back and said that the attorney on my case had been calling me. I verified my phone numbers and they were right. Guess what?? The attorney had NEVER called me...nor left a message on either phone number. I received a phone call today and the woman was SO SO SO rude. She raised her voice at me and couldn't answer any questions that I had. She was so unhelpful and really made me dissappointed with this company. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone! That's a promise.

Beware....they will be nice and helpful at first because they want your money!

Kayla- I'm sorry for your experience- but I don't know what company you are refering to.

Maybe there was a misunderstanding or lack of communication, and you could contact someone else there?,karen
