Here is the BBB report on them.

They are not bad but I have seen better. You may want to shop around. Their are a lot of other companies with less complaints. You can always take advantage of the free counseling here @ 800-601-1579

a B- isn't a bad rating, but are you looking for debt consolidation or debt settlement? They are 2 very different debt relief options, and both effective depending on your financial situation.

Are you falling behind or have you already fallen behind on your payments? How much debt do you have? If you have at least $10,000, you may qualify for debt settlement.

It's a good option if you are looking to lower the amount you pay back to your creditors by about half. It can have a negative effect on your credit, but chances are if you're in debt, there has already been damage on your credit.

Debt Consolidation can be effective, but risky. If you take out a home equity loan to pay off your debts and default on your loan, your house can be seized as collateral.

It's worth investigating both options to see which is right for you.
