I am acknowledging your post I do not have any experience with debt settlement but others on here have. The only advice that I can give you is to make sure that you really check out a company before you hire them with the BBB to make sure that they are legit. Other's will be along to advise you further.

If you register as a member this entitles you to a free debt consult or you can call the 1-800-601-1579 number or click on the chat button and talk to someone right away.

Excellent advice from ladybug, I would go one step furhter. If you are in debt why look for a debt settlement company to settle your debt? Do you know it is going to cost you money to have someone else settle your debt?

If you have time and are well organized you can actually settle your own debt and save money. Avoid the fees for a settlement program and settle your own debt. If you want there are plenty of cheaper alternatives due a google search under do it oyurself debt settlement and I guarantee you it will cost you less to settle your own debt.
