Is there a sample letter to write a lien holder on the breakdown of my back property taxes and numerous legal fees. Also is there negotiators available to try and lower all these fees which exceed the value of the house, the lien is on. Thank you in advance

Just write to then using plain english...there really is little need for a fancy template. Also, have you checked with the courts? Negotiate the settlement yourself....why pay someone else!
