After they withdrew 6 amounts from my bank account I have checked my online statements and saw only one payment. Since March of 2010 I am fighting on getting money back from them. BUT THE ONLY THING THEY TELL ME IS THAT ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT IS BACKED UP AND IT WILL TAKE UNKNOWN TIME TO SEE IF I MADE OTHER PAYMENTS

I am sorry but I do believe all the individuals that have posted on the god damn thread on your company... FBL is a scam and I know first hand because I know someone that works in there personally... He doesn't want to realize that he is scamming people but he wants to think he is helping others... I am feeling really sorry for him because he pays no attention to his own family because of the wonderful work he is supposilbly doing for his family.... DUH get a new job and stop trying to make yourself sound wonderful for not doing a good thing for people.

They stole over 6 grand from us also with not one payment made! They are total POS that don't care about anyone! I have been through everything that has been stated on this thread and still have not received one dime back! They offered something like $2,400.00 back but then I can't file a complaint or pursue the rest so that ain't happening. I will continue my pursuit of our FULL refund or will do WHATEVER is necessary to take these scum bags down!!!!! Contact BBB, Attorney General, Media, whoever will listen to stop these scum sucking maggets from stealing our hard earned money!
