My second pdl has been marked paid in full. I still have not heart from the last one, Paragon Funding, but the debit was scheduled for yesterday so I'm hoping I will hear from them shortly.
By the way, I have paid on these loans for months and months, so the principals have been paid. I include that because I don't want anyone to think I left any true balance.
I feel so Blessed to have found you guys.

chargin,
You can go into pollyandsays blog and she has a templete letter to use in regards to the pdls. It has helped alot of us here get our loans marked PIF because we had way over paid these loan sharks.

Heh, I read that thing and I might be reading the wrong one, and I have been wrong before, but the one I see talks about credit reports, etc. Mine have not been sent to my credit report, I am just now getting the phone calls.
A respectful suggestion, it might be a good idea to throw together a sticky, with a step by step guide - it will probably eliminate the multiple threads asking the same question. I do not mean that in a negative way.
P.S. The Bears are kicking serious butt this year, heh

I believe they are THE team to beat in the NFC period. No way they lose at hom again in December. I love that town, it's good to see them doing well again after so many Brett Favre years

Don't get me started on Brett Farve. I wish he would get out of football forever. The Bears tend to come on strong, then in the second half of the season they start to crumble. But hey, one never knows.

Oh my God, I just read that and I am even more confused. Whic state laws are we pasting in there? there's one with all sotrts of nonsensical "codes" and one that simply states how much they can charge. Which one do I use?

Paragon is my last pdl. I still haven't heard from them. Has anyone had any dealings with this company?
