Since I have been dealing with the pdls I have come accross some interesting facts during this time. PLEASE take the time to listen to this posdcast

For loan sharking to occur these four factors must be present:
1. Terms are NOT legally recorded (Sound like RT 66?)
2. Extremely high interest rate, which means interest
rate exceeds 45%
3. Use of THREATS/VIOLENCE to collect on the loan
4. The loan fees exceed $100

Punishment: UP TO 20 YEARS IMPRISONMENT

Steelers1 - Thanks for that info, I went onto the website to listen..that sounds like most of the internet PDL's and their threats. I have 1 that has threatened me like what it said and I think it is time to turn it over to the FBI..I kept it on my email. Thanks again

Thanks, Steelers1. I can't imagine myself ever risking 20 years in prison for something like this. It makes you wonder about the kind of people who do. How did you find that?! I book marked that for future reference.
