Have you signed up for a free consultation?
Also, pull your credit reports from all the three bureaus (you can do that for free here: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/)
And another tip: put a list of your creditors, your balances, aprs and monthly payments. It will be useful when you speak to a debt counselor
