i got a call from wisconsin auto title and payday loans looking for someone who listed me as a referance i told them no i dont know where she is..she got nasty and i told her not to call me she not at this number she called again today looking for her.. can i send them a cease and disisit letter

Yes, I believe that a cease and desist letter would be appropriate in this case. I can't stand collectors that act like this. Did she think that you would be nicer the next day after she already got nasty with you once???/ Rolling Eyes

Send C&D certified return receipt and inquire with local police as to what your state harassment laws are. If they do not pay attention to the C&D,file suit in small claims so you can get you some travel kitty money.
