Can someone point me to a post detailing the specific language to use when I call my credit cards to ask for a lower apr? I'm having a tough time finding this info anywhere . My FICO is good, and my accounts are in good standing. I just need to know the best wording to use when I call them. Thanks!

I was able to get a lower apr with on one of my credit cards a couple of years ago by just calling them and telling them that their rate was one of the highest rates that I had on any of my cards and I would like to use their card if they would give me a better rate.
