Me and my wife have gotten in over our heads in bills,she recently had to quite her job to attend school full time,and knowing we will be better in the future we do not wont to file bankrupt so is there anything you can do to help us

Scrubin, consolidate all your debts under one repayment plan. This program will help you in getting lower interest rates from your creditors. One of the counselors in your area will negotiate with the creditors and set up a lower plan according to your present financial situation. I am not too sure if they will include secured debts in the program. You may discuss about your options before finalizing the plan.
