ive been sued by lvnv funding a have a court date set an do not have dat money right now to pay right now my question is when u go to court do you have to pay court cost and could you go to jail

No, you will not go to jail. If you lose, yes you will have to pay court costs. Most likely they will receive a judgement and garnish your wages. The judge will set the amount to be withdrawn each pay period.

Yes, if you lose the court case, then you will be liable for payments. The creditor will get a judgment against you and will have legal rights to garnish your wages or your savings account.

You'll be required to pay the court costs after losing the case. No, I don't think you'll go to jail. Just that your creditor can secure a judgment order from the court and garnish your paycheck or bank account. Don't forget to carry important documents from the court.
I would suggest you to contact the collection agency and negotiate for an alternative payment plan. It is always better to settle your debts out of court. This way, you can save legal expenses.
