Mann Bracken LLP calling me to pay back a debt. What to do?

I owe the debt and I would like to pay it, I would much prefer to pay Citibank directly. Can this firm really sue me or are they suing in behalf of Citibank?
I was sued by them and they lost the case against me the lawers are out of concord CA
and not in business any more I was arwarded more then they sued for.
