I have written to a creditor on a medical bill which has turned into a judgment. The letter states that if they agree to the pmt arrangement, then they will take the judgement off. In reading, judgements can only reflect "paid as agreed". Can the original doctor's office request it to be off my credit report?

I believe 3rd parties, such as Westlaw and Lexis Nexis do the public records reporting.
