i am in debt with 14,000.00 in credit cards and have claimed bankruptcy's 2 times the last being 3 years ago would like to get opinions on what to do next i am not late on any of them but am fighting to get buy with mortgage heat other household bills

Beany take the suggestion of the free consult. Off the top of my head I would think the best thing for you at this time would be a debt management program. You will have to keep up with your mortgage payments and living expenses but they will budget with you and your monthly payment will be based on what you can afford after living expenses...allowing you to make 1 payment and have it dispersed amongst your creditors.
