Hello does Bella Financial Inc still exist or did they file for Bankruptcy because of all of their scams

How can Bella Financial Inc - Mountaian View Financial Group - Michael Hauser stay in business and keep getting away with these scams and nobody does a thing to stop them

These companies are all run by the same people, they have been scamming people for years, making false promises that they have no intention of keeping this has been said by ex employees, the owner is Michael Hauser that plays golf and poker everyday and wants you to cancel so he can put you in his famous delete file it is a total scam and ripoff

do not use them they used to be bella financial and now they filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and just re-opened under name in another state- same players, same owner!!!! They owe me $4000+ you can settle debt on your own, the credit card companies are desperate and they cannot call you at work!

I signed with them (bella) in june 2008; they filed bankruptcy in may 2010 after settling one credit card; they owe me $4000. They filed chapter here in texas and re-opened in delaware under mt view financial with the same owner, same employees- same office! I went in personally and they acted like they didn't know me, i have called and e-mailed owner mike hauser and rita moore-barber repeatedly. I filed an ag complaint and bbb. Bbb doesn't help much, hope the ag does. They do not have the professionalism to respond and they even spelled "consulting " wrong on their website...

I went with mountain view back in 09 and was ripped off by $1,100.00 i need help to get my money back is there any help for this bbb did not do s*** i am thinking about going to the media about this is there any other suggestions?

I too used this company, Mountain View Financial, Rita Moore, Erica Kozlow, Lisa Alonso. Stay as far away as possible. Do not in any way use this bunch!!!!!! Rita Moore will tell you not to listen to creditors when they call, hang up immediately, the reason is the credit card companies are more truthful than this bunch of thieves.
The next trick they use is we have been trying to get a hold of you because we have negotiated with a creditor but have not been able to reach you so now we will have to renegotiate. This bunch will do nothing but take money, Rita Moore will tell you one story, Lisa will tell you another story, Erica will give you yet another version. At least they all lie well, they are good at that.
Stay away from this bunch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
