I have 4 outstanding PDL loans as follows:
Think Cash-$750
My Cash Now-$900
Payday One-$1000
Cashnet USA-$700
The fees are costing me around $1420 a month with no end in site. I have read on this site about revoking the ACH Authorization and would like to know if anybody out there has the ACH processor info. for these companies.

I am also posting a link about processors, in the topic there are various processors listed for various pdl companies, it might be a good idea for you to read through that topic and learn more about how to use them to your advantage. We also need to know what state you are located in. Smile

All the companies you are dealing with but My Cash Now are legal CSO's in Texas. This means you will have to make some sort of payment arrangments with them. They can collect on the debt.

If MyCashNow needs to be ousted from your problems, copy your C and D letter over to Mr. William Reed at Credit Protection Depot. Also, they use ACHC as their processor. 1-800-724-8780.
