THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
THEY TOOK MY MONEY FOR 10 MONTHS AND DIDN'T SETTLE ANY OF MY ACCOUNTS. WHEN I FIRST SIGNED UP WITH THEM THEY ADVISED THAT I COULD CONSOLIDATE ALL OF MY BILLS, AFTER 2 MONTHS IN THE PROGRAM FOUND OUT THIS WAS NOT TRUE!!!!! NOW OVER A YEAR LATER AND THEY HAVE NOT SETTLE ANY ACCOUNTS JUST TOOK MY MONEY.

EVERY TIME I CALL I GET DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT HELPFUL, I PAID THEY OVER $7000.00 FOR THEM TO DO NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me define the meaning of trolls for you. It is apparent the trolls on this site because there are clearly people that are working for certain settlement companies that are coming on and typing positive comments about their company but posing as customers. I am seeing a serious piggy-back method as well. Piggy-back means that people are going on a site posing as someone looking into information about a particular debt settlment company and then the reply post is also written by an employee about how great the program works. For those of us that are from the settlement industry it's clear as day. Not to take away the fact that settlement can be a positive way to handle debt because it can be. I just know how to point out the posts that are just a walking advertisement versus the ones that are legit.

THIS COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF!!!! THEY DID NOT NEGOTIATE ANY OF MY BILLS AFTER BEING IN THE PROGRAM FOR 10 MONTHS. I PAID THEM OVER $7000.00 IN 10 MONTHS AND I COULD OF USED THAT MONEY TO PAY MY BILLS.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT SCAMMED ME IN THE BEGINNING TO BELIEVE THAT ALL OF MY BILLS CAN BE CONSOLIDATED AND AFTER 3 MONTHS COME TO FIND OUT THIS WAS NOT TRUE!!! SO I REALLY PAID THEM FOR DOING NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well legal,i found out through being here the difference.if someone has a positive experience i won't begrudge, but when the person posting positive talks down to the forum or the other poster.then that spells shill/plant to me.everyone is entitled to there opinion, but when the positive poster gets into insulting then it goes.

The 7000.00 Scam is probably another troll. Looks like a competitor is trying to talk smack. Paul is right. Everyone has an OPINION.

make sure if your going to settle your debt you always have it in writing from your creditor.... sometime ccs companies or debt settlement companies wil make you believe everything is o.k but then the remaining balance ends up in a collection agency because the original creditor never authorized such a settlement.... IF YOU ARE doing a settlement you will also get a 1099 form which means you will be claiming the settled amount as INCOME..... It will also have a great impact on credit reporting... FYI

Who do you work for Paul, don't you think the forum should know?

And by the way, what makes you so qualified in these areas?

I have no idea who paul or anyone for that matter that have been writing on here... the only reason why i wrote that was i was actually researching the company for a cardmember that owes $$ and wanted to make sure he was going with a company that is reputable. Yes paul you are correct if you are saving under $600 you do not need a 1099 form

As for "guest" no i dont feel i should say who i work for as it is a collection agency and i am liscenced as a collector and thats what makes me qualified!!!! i deal with this stuff all day long and have seen many people who are already in a bad situation be taken advantage of by scamming companies that promise the world to debtors but only make their problems bigger... Guest"" you wouldn't even use your name ???

As a former employee of J.hass or JDH & Associates, you do NOT WANT TO USE THEM FOR DEBT SETTLEMENT. Jason D Hass has 26 complaints against him with the Arizona Bar. I left the company on my own accord...thank you.
