Hi, I work for NDR and I have worked for another debt settlement company that is one of the largest and most "accredited" in the industry. The larger company gave people more of a runaround BeCause they were so large. They also had lawyers on staff who did absolutly nothing to help the clients. The only thing that Those lawyers did was keep the company out of court after they had been sued by clients who were no given any good service.

NDR is a small company that is run by a very experienced owner who was in the credit and collection industry for a very long time. Not some mortgage broker with a new business plan. The people a NDR a very experienced in what they do and mostly they are compassionate.

I enjoy helping people see the truth in the fact that they CAN and will save alot of money. I help people put a plan in place that they can get out of thier unsecured debt and pay additional to thier secured debts so they are paid off sooner while saving them on a monthly basis.

Debt settlement is not for everyone in general. It takes alot of guts to retrain yourself to look at the bigger picture and stick with thier plan. If getting out of debt is the goal then this is the best company to hold your hand through the process.

This is not a troll. Just wanted to put a little real perspective out there from the other end of the phone.

Beware in using NDR and others similar: Credit card companies are now pursuing court action rather than settle. National Debt settled 2 accounts for me and I thought great, good start. But then two other of my creditors refused to talk to NDR so I was left on my own. Later after I had accumulated enough $ for a payoff, I asked NDR how they were doing with another account. Found out in the reply that the credit company was considering court action. A week later I had a court summons at my door. NDR was absolutely no help on this. In addition, the summons was for an amount that was $10,000 higher than the original debt (interest plus court plus lawyer fees). I'm negotiating a refund from NDR but no resolution yet. The money I paid NDR plus the amount to resolve this court action is greater than the amount saved on the only two accounts - out of 6 - that NDR could resolve.

I was with them and they actually did not a thing for me after they were paid I still had to come up with about $555.00 more than I owed when I started but I was sued by 4 credit card companies that have liens against me, but they don't consider that unsettled so no refund is warranted. Doing a two year period I must have had about 12 different contacts, so I am assuming they have a major turnover rate, probably because after so long their employees start to stress over what they are doing to poor people that were suckered into the program. If I would have just tried to settle myself probably would have just as good results and with them money I paid them to do very little would have had everyone paid off anyways. So if you don't have the extra 13% to pay upfront don't do it because there results are not what they claim.

Well.. thus far I been in the progam for about 8 months.. I think I made a big mistake.. about 5 months ago NDR stopped responding to my emails and\or calls.. I got sued by one creditor and NDR settled at 65% and they only made a couple of calls. thinking in dropping the program.. thus far I been trying to communicate with them for the last 3 weeks and no reply.. Thus far I am not happy and I am paying for no services at all...

Stay away... thus far NDR is a joke..

NDR - Bunch of jokers!

Beware, National Debt Resolution is the worst company to pick for your debt settlement. In the beginning they are very nice and responsive, once you pay them (thousands $) .... that's it, absolutely no customer service what so ever. I am thinking of dropping from their program as they are not able to settle any of my 3 credit card accounts - Andy.
