Does anyone know of a legit and honest debt settlement co? I am in Tn. but not sure it matters what state the debt settlement co. is in. I was in a program with National Debt Resolution and they are ripoff, they did nothing they said they would.

I noticed the guest above has posted several posts similar. I would be cautious.
To answer your question - I would do what bossy says - do reasearch on your company before deciding. There are alot of rip off companies out there that just want your money. Ask questions here. There are alot of people that have had bad experience and many that have had good experiences. I wish you luck and let us know how things are going.

Some of the top companies that are members of the BBB are New Beginnings debt settlement LLC , Superior debt relief , Oak View Law, and Century Negotiations. Try starting your search here. These companies would be a great stepping stone to start your search.
