Yes, you can include old debts in the plan.

According to the FCRA laws, negative items that are past the seven years reporting time from the date of first delinquency do not stay on the file. SOL is also considered before you decide to pay off. This is a legal ammunition by which the consumer is protected from any legal actions if the statutes have expired.
