Rio will not comply with paid in full or refund. But did comply with no debiting.

It sounds tough when you ask Rio Resources for a refund. But you should monitor your account regularly so that you are instantly aware of any debits done without your permission.

That is really strange. I requested a refund from Rio Resources for a loan that I got through nofaxingpaydayloan(dot)com and I had the refund check in less than two weeks. I wonder if it has something to do with what state you live in?

It may depend on how much you've actually overpaid the loan by Oklahoma state laws. Has this loan been open for awhile with excessive finance/rollover fees?

well it was 3 different loans 1 with each 1000, no-faxing, quickest over the last 3 years by Oklahoma law they have all overcharged a total $1965.00 all under mte

Any body have any recommendations I just grouped them together and went after mte.
