I received a settlement offer last year for an old cell phone bill. I am now ready to pay it off. I called the collection agency, and told them to send me a bill. I know not to accept verbal agreements. She said she would send the settlement offer to my email. Would that stand up in court?

Ok, thanks. I wasn't sure if whether or not agreements had to be in writing and also 'signed'
