It is a loan modification and debt settlement company. Before you register with their service, check whether they have any accreditation or complaints. You can also check the link http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/companies/ for good debt settlement companies.

I have worked with OnPoint for both my home loan modification and credit card debt settlement. They brought my loan current without having to pay any of the money that I was behind. Also got my rate to 5% fixed. I've had one debt settled so far and have three more to go. All looks good. They saved my bacon!

I had them handle 2 mortgage loans starting in Feb, 2009. Made weekly calls to find out updates and they got irritated at me for calling. I specifically told them that I needed it resolved by August, when my son started college and expenses were really going to go up. I am a single mom and it was easy to pay$2000+ upfront. Home went into foreclosure on 10/6 with no offers from them. I called my mortgage company on both my loans and got it resolved myself in 1 day. Two weeks later, OnPoint left a voice message congratulating me on an offer they said they handled!!! I am currently demanding my money back from them for services they never provided. Lesson Learned: Call your mortgage company first and try to get it resolved yourself - they won't charge you!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! their website went down yesterday and the phone extensions go nowhere. We got taken for ~10,000.00. Run and don't look back!!!! Post on this page your experiences and maybe we can go after them RICO violation? I think so. Call your local FBI. This is serious. It is illegal in California to take fees upfront before the service is rendered (effective 11 October 2009). Prior to that it was still wrong, just no law on the books. I'm going after Robin Enos, Gina Araujo and all of the other staff. Everyone was and is aware of this injustice but they stayed there working for this attorney (file a complaint with the Ca. Bar) Robin William Enos - California State Bar # 152612. Protect people from this man get him disbarred.

My money was taken up front, along with all my sensitive financial information, and I have gotten absolutely nothing in return. Onpoint refuses to contact me even though I've been calling and emailing them for weeks. I noticed their BBB went from 'C' to 'F' overnight, and the nice website they used to have has been apparently replaced with a random search engine domain. Seems awfully suspicious to me! If I don't hear back from them soon I will report my case to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud. Also, Onpoint promised me a forensic loan audit that has yet to be performed, even after months of working with them. It turns out they're not even certified to perform forensic loan audits. When I confronted them about this they did not respond. Someone who has time should file a class action law suit against these crooks.

If you believe that you have not received the services that Robin William Enos and/or OnPoint Consumer Law Center promised to provide you and/or failed to refund the fees that you paid, you should file a complaint with the State Bar of California. You can find a the complaint form on the website for the State Bar at www.calbar.ca.gov, or you can call the complaint hotiline at (800) 843-9053 from inside Califonria, or (213) 765-1200 from outside California.

Stay far away from this company. They were to modify my loan, but now i have a sale date of 1/22/10. They did nothing. Just like everyone else is saying, emails undeliverable, and no return calls. Robin enos is the one that sent me an email saying they were being disbarred by the california states attorney. This is the second time this has happened to me. Total of $4000.00 gone.

My mortgage is with eastern savings bank and they flat out refuse to talk to me. They want all the money due or none at all. They have no problem sending my home into foreclosure. It doesn't always work to speak to the mortgage people first.

I,too, was taken by this company and will not stand for it. I am going to bring a class action lawsuit against the company, which means I need others on board. Please email me at:
if you are interested in being a part of this lawsuit. I refuse to let these people get rich on my hard earned dollar.

My husband and I are also part of Robin Enos's get rich quick plan as well as Lori araujo
They took our hard earned $4,000.00 to get our loan modified and our bank would do
nothing, as a matter of fact I heard from my bank before Onpoint Law Center. I finally
Reach Mr Enos and he told me he would get back to me in 48 hrs re my refund. That
was 50 phone calls ago and just as many emails....
