If the origianal creditor information requested is from a another collection agency validating your payment history is this valid for the amount of your debt.

Review the charges with the original contract signed with the creditor and figure out any disputes. Most companies do collections with disputed information. If you don't agree with the details, dispute it and the CA will send your file to the OC for verification.
