I really enjoy the comfort and help this forum offers during such a hard time. Ive been trying to understand how to use the sample letter from Pollyandsays blog but it just doesnt make sense with all the parenthesis and bars..just too muich going on in that template for me to understand. If any one can help I would really appreciate it. My main goal is just to contact to pdl companies because I have overpaid and I want my account PIF status. My next payment is june 12 and Ill be dead broke if I cant get this resolved by then.

Pollyandsay has put a general letter in the website. She is trying to show in general how one should negotiate with the pdl companies according to their situation. You have to tailor the letter according to your requirements, because you know the best about yourself.

What companies are you dealing with? And what state are you in? Review the laws and calculate how much you have overpaid.

Than you need to file a complaint ASAP with your Attorney Generals office. Get it on record that you are being monetarily raped.

Not only are you being monetarily raped as Anthony says, but you also need to revoke any authorizations for these places to debit your accounts immediately, because they will try, I promise you that.
