CCCS Overpaid Creditor

I am furious! CCCS overpaid one of my online PDL accounts by $135!! I caught it right away and asked them to stop payment on the check which they said they would make a"top priority" - but now I find out that didn't happen. This is the second creditor they have overpaid.
If I drop out of the dmp and finish paying my creditors on my own, what would happen? I can't see giving them $30 a month to screw up! I am down to 4 creditors and about $5000.
Any advise out there? Can I demand CCCS re-imburse me for the overpayment???

bob...I am in a dmp also but have not had this issue. I would think since it is their fault, they should make amends to you. As far as dropping out....I thought of this too. I am thinking of contacting my creditors first to see what kind of arrangements they would expect before doing so...to make sure they are willing to work with you before dropping out. Originally I was told by two of my Credit card"s that they were giving me special discounts because of the DMP...I wouldn't want to lose the lower interest, etc.
