bob...I am in a dmp also but have not had this issue. I would think since it is their fault, they should make amends to you. As far as dropping out....I thought of this too. I am thinking of contacting my creditors first to see what kind of arrangements they would expect before doing so...to make sure they are willing to work with you before dropping out. Originally I was told by two of my Credit card"s that they were giving me special discounts because of the DMP...I wouldn't want to lose the lower interest, etc.
