|
|
I was recommended to Federated Financial when I asked for a consultation. I've been communicating with a person there by email & she's been VERY nice and reassuring.
So today I'm making the big leap...I'm calling with my how much I owe on accounts & who I owe them to.
I'm nervous, but yet I'm happy. I can't do this on my own anymore. I just hope this all works out.
I added up everything I owe on my cards...it comes to about $17,000. The payments are just too much on my own now.
Wish me luck? Any words of advice before I leap?

I wish you luck and hope they can help you get a payment that fits your budget. But also have you checked out this company that you are going to sign with? I recommend this with any company that people are looking into. Because it is your money and you want to know that the company has a good rep. I would check them out on the BBB web site or even with your state to see if they have any complaints against them and to see how they handle them. Best of luck to you and I hope it all works out

Federated Financial is headquartered in Deerfield Beach Florida and is a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. They seem to have a very good track record from what I have read. Good Luck to You. I think you made a good choice!

That's great to hear SO good luck with those phone calls and keep us informed on how it goes with Federated Financial. We need to know about good companies out there, instead of the ones that just take your money and run. Good luck and to quote frogpatch good choice!

Make sure that you have understood all the terms before signing the contract. They will explain you the procedure of the program in which you are going to enroll and help you in getting started. Just keep in mind that you don't default in the payments otherwise the plan will be affected.

I agree. It sounds that you are off to a good start. Just do what everyone tells you to do on this site and you should be fine. If you have anyother questions let us know. Good luck!

I called today & spoke with a representative. She can get my cards down to around a 9% interest rate (A LOT better than my current 28%). However the lowest she can go payment wise is $412. Don't know if I can swing that much. $300 or $340 maybe, but $412 is a lot for me right now. Gotta figure out where I could get that extra money.
I could do it if I paid every 6 weeks, but I don't want to be late on payments with them...right?
I also asked for 2 other companies to call me for quotes. One was Credit Solutions.com & the other is Freedom debt relief (in california).
