HI my online name is K-m
i'm overmy head in debt owing alot
about $6000
then *2,300
and bounced checks
when i tried living on my own
i signed up for mall CCards and 2 credit cards which i used for food and the others for clothes
i couldn't make it on my own and now am living with my dad ...I'm still young and sadly starting over again and only 21
 it's embarressing too
also
i'm scared with stress and anxiety of my bills which got turned over to the credit companys
paying little by little with sanity on the credit cards
but what i'm scared about is the bounced checks i did to buy food cause i couldn't afford any and i was really sick and still am recovering
where can i go? what should i do? with all these bounced checks...i feel like i'm fearing for my life and being a prime example to my own family of what not to be and feel like i'm showned down of because of my struggling mistake.
i wish for help TT____TT and sanity

Welcome to the Community K-m  Have you tried talking with the bank about paying your overdrafts off with payments?
My son did the same thing when he was your age, and I took him to the Bank to talk with them in person, seeing what type of arrangements we could work out- he spoke with an officer at the bank.
Is there any way your family can help you get the overdrafts paid on or off, and you re-pay them?
You can take advantage of the free credit counseling here, and see what they may have to offer in regards to your debt.
Feel free to ask questions..we are here to help--also, what collection agencies are you dealing with, or creditors? karen

sadly i have to look for the bills the creditors sent me for the bounced checks ...my grandparents organizeds my parents and stuff i left over there because i used to live with them and now i live with the fear of not being able to find them.
so i'm scared
as for valentine and k for my chevy chase card
i had to atleast make a couple of payments so i didn't have to be sued
so far i paid 545 dollars on the card
so now i'm paying my credit card at the bank so hopefully when i'm done the bank would have it on my record as paid off....
i can only afford about $50 dollars a month on that card so i have to negotiate with them again.
they keep demanding at least 400 every month
i cant do that ...not with my salary, cause i'm trying to pay other cards too 
they keep asking me to give them my checking accounting number to withdraw money
i spoke over them and said , i'll be paying my card at the chevy chase bank cause i dont trust credit card companys
the only creditors i'm fearing the most is the one's i've made bounced checks for inorder to eat to survive while living on my own...
hopefully i'll be able to find those papers my grandparents missed place or else if i cant find them
i'll be fearing for my life everynight waiting for the knock at the door from police officers
my step mom puts enough weight on me already and i cant sleep at night.
this worries me like i have no hope 
i just want to redeem myself by paying of bits and pieces
i wish i can get them consolidated but my step mom says i'm in sooo much debt that the bank probably cant help me cause of my credit which was basically destroyed

Don't be scared. You have rights, and by all means, -do not- give them any financial info, especially your bank account info. You don't have to tell them anything.
Worst case scenario? They sue (so what?) and if you are in a wage garnishment state (I don't know where you live) and they win, the most they'd get is probably 25% in total in garnishments. If you live in a state which does not allow wage garnishment, they are out of luck except going after your bank account.
