I love it when a plan works...check out this email that I got(After speaking with my supervisor he has agreed to just put this to rest and save the headache. Please understand that if you have any other loans you should read your agreements more carefully.) I did email back asking if this was to mean that my account would be marked "paid in full" and no further collections would take place. This company I have went back and forth with for weeks. So I have 5 more to go.. Thanks to you guys you rock..I could not have done this without this site.

I really do every time I start to get down about these things. I get another emails saying they give up...I love a good fight. They don't realize that I am not going to give into them.

I will post the company name as soon as I receive conformation that this was marked "paid in full" But I haven't seen this companies name here at all.

The company was SJM Marketing AKA Platinum B Services. My account was written off not marked PIF. That is fine with me. I am ready to file papers tomorrow and take the rest to court. I gave them a 48 hour window.
