Back on Sept 25 I requested that PaydayOK mark me paid in full since I have paid them approx $2700 on $1300 worth of loans over the past 2 yrs. They agreed to mark me paid in full. So, I figured that I overpaid them ( alot!! ) so I sent request for refund for $700.00 back on Oct 5. I received a letter in the mail today that they have approved my request and will be sending me a refund check in the next 10 biz days!! woo hoo!!!!!!!! 
All I can say is not to give up!! I found this site back in early Sept after being scammed out of $2000 by an internet loan company. I started reading the posts regarding pdl's and I had 5 of them. I sent letters to all and they have ALL settled with me!!! Thanks again to everyone for the support and advice!! It's been a huge learning experience!!

Congratulations to you! I'm going to try to do this with a couple of more lenders who I settled with. It has been a few months since this has happened but I have overpaid them by so much. It doesn't hurt to try! Jessi, great new pic. You look so nice

Well, i was so thrilled to receive a check yesterday via certified letter from paydayok for $692.10. They actually did what they said they would do!! Yeah!! :d
