I defaulted on a loan with Payday OK about a month ago, and advised them before the loan defaulted that no further debits to my checking acct. would be honored, as the acct. was frozen. I gave them a proposal to pay off the principal balance of $240. I received a reply stating that they do not make payment arrangements, yet they gave me until 7/31 to pay off the $240 in one lump sum.
I received an email last week informing me that they had tried to debit my acct. and the debit wouldn't go through, so they were charging me a $25 NSF fee. I informed them that I am not paying the charge because I told them over a month ago that the acct. was frozen. I reminded them that I had offered a settlement proposal and they wouldn't accept it. They said there's a balance of about $350 (due to their charges) and they will settle for $240 in one payment. AHHHHH!!! Do they not listen? They told me to reply and let them know if I will accept the offer.
I have consolidated all of my pdls and included Payday OK in the consolidation. Should I reply and let them know that since they wouldn't settle with me, they can talk to the company handling my consolidation, ignore the email, or what?

they contacted me via email about 3-4 times and I replied back that I was working with T&C and they told me to give t&c their fax number to send over a proposal. I havent heard from them in about 2 weeks.

I just started working with CCC of America last week and they advised that the best route for my situation was to do settlements with the pdls. So, I very much doubt they will be sending them monthly amounts. They'll just try to secure a settlement figure and then when enough money is in my acct., will pay the smaller stuff off first.
