I just cant get to seem to get them paid off. EVerytime I get it down they come up with some new fees to put on me. My paypal credit card--same story with them. My CapitalOne is awesome! I would love to be able to keep that one. HSBC CS and Collectors are very rude!

The next time you pay them in full, send a letter with it telling them to close the account immediantly and send it certified mail. That way you have proof that you have paid it in full. If they continue to add fees and etc., contact you AG's office in your state and file a complaint against them.

HSBC has switched me to one collector taken me back and given me to another one. You send them a validation letter and they give you to someone else. It is maddening. I have had at least 3 companies trying to collect on a 300.00 debt that is now 600 because of all the BS charges.

i agree i have a loan through hsbc and they are abusive as hell..... its horrible im drowning from it
