Congress is making the payday lending an easier process for military service members because they can be victimized of the high-cost loans from unregulated Internet lenders.
Will the congress end this business at all? Or they are trying to promote it?

Why dont they pay the military more!!!! It is not right that these families have to go govt asst. to feed their children. PAY THEM MORE!!!!

I think pdl's should be illegal in every state! People don't realize how bad pdl's are until they already have them. Believe me I know from experience. I love this site because everyone is here to help each other and let everyone know how pdl's really are.

I am sure the congress is aware about how bad the payday lending business been. Everyday people are expressing their discomfort against the lenders violating the laws. If they have to allow this business, it should be for a good cause. I don't mind if they are making it easier for the military people in getting the payday loans, but at the same time, they should restrict the illegal companies from scamming people. They may be taking actions on this, but it seems to be a slow process.

It sucks that these pdl companies never get busted for scamming people. I got suckered into the cycle before I really knew what it was all about and hopefully I will be able to help somebody not make the same mistakes I did.
