Default Do internet payday loan companies use SCAN and Telecheck?

Have stopped payment on my ACH debit for Paydaycheck Today. Does any one know if Internet lenders submit to any of the check verification companies?

I don't think so...I defaulted on 6 internet loans last year, and I have no problems writing checks.

If anything, internet pdls would use teletrack, which is a system they can look at to see if you have defaulted on previous pdls before they decide to give you one.

Any information I can get is appreciated. I have several local payday loans and write checks alot. I am worried that I will go to redo a loan and be told sorry cause it was sent to one of the check companies. Is there a recourse or rebuttal if they do?

I think the only way you would have a problem writing checks would be if the account was sent to chexsystems(which legit banks use) or telecheck which recognizes bad accounts. I believe it is a scare tactic with them telling you that you are reported to teletrack. The only thing I can think of what teletrack would do would be stopping you from getting another pdl.

ginurse, I don't think the storefront pdls are going to stop you from re-loaning, you are already a customer and if you haven't defaulted with them you are ok, they want more of your money.

Ok, I am getting confused! I know that the bank itself can report me. Can the Paydayloan Company?
