Posted: Thu Sep 28, 2006 6:35 am Subject: Yippee!!!....2 pdl's settled!!!!!

I received 2 emails from Payday OK and Payday Select saying that they had received my letters requesting a settlement for both accounts and they have marked them paid and closed them!! YEAH!! I owed $500 each but had paid so much in fees that I had way overpaid!! Now, I have 3 more to settle and I am DONE with PDL's forever!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for everyone's support and information. I never would have known that I could even try this without the info found on this forum! Good luck to everyone who are battling with PDL's.

How long did it take from the time you sent letters to receive emails from them? I have just done the same thing.

That is great news! I also received a settlement agreement from UsFast Cash yesterday after faxing them a verification letter yesterday morning. I owe them $385.00 and they are willing to settle for $125.00. This site has been very helpful.

I am going through the same things like many of you are. I have five store front loans and two internet loans. How can I consildate them. Please help!

Congratulations, MBarrett. I currently have four internet PDLs, made arrangements with CashNetUSA, contacted the AG office on one and am working on getting my letters out and contacting the AG office about the other two. You're an inspiration!
