I am in serious trouble with payday loans and pays one back borrowing to pay another i need help and don't know what to do ???

Can you put the names of the companies you are having the loans from? It is necessary to find out if these companies have complied with the state laws.

Like ArDeN said, definitely list the companies you're dealing with. I guarentee there's someone here who's had first hand experience with any of the companied you have.
Also..A counselor will be calling you soon. Talk to them about your payday loan problems, and they can give you advice about possible consolidation.

I am having the same problem. How do I get them to stop taking finance charges? I deal with Arrowhead Investments, B&L Marketing, USFASTCASH, UNITEDCASHLOANS, Biz Cash, Cashtransfercenters and cashnetusa

The companies mentioned in your post are frequently discussed here. Many people are not happy with the way they perform their business. Some of them even go above the laws. Be careful with International Cash, Cash Transfer Centers. They present themselves in a complete different way outside the state laws. Put a search on these companies in the google box above and the link discussing about them will be in front of you.

Austinsmommy-you mean a consolidation company doesn't deal with pay day loans? If so,if you signed up for free counseling here,there are others that do deal with them.Check out the other post about payday loans and you will see that there are companies that do this. Good Luck  ...Karen
