I sent out certified letters June 30th and have gotten no response from any of my PDL's so to day I decide to call ameriloan, And they tell me that they show a 0 Balance, Does this mean that they sent it to someone else or they marked it paid in full?
Should I call them back and ask if it is paid in full?
And then request a letter stating such?
when I went online to the website and did the instant chat with live help she showed the account inactive with no balance as well
Suggestions please Gotta cover my own here
and if that is the case I will take them off the T & C accounts
I also tried to call GFI but they hung up on me

Don't look a gift horse in the mouth! Wait for the letter and be done with them!
Most of these places don't report to credit bureau's unless your in a collection agency..but check to make sure.

I agree. At the very least, email them over and over asking for a PIF letter. They may send a reply stating it is paid, and then at least you'll have THAT in writing!
I had to do that with 500FC...they kept refusing to send me a PIF letter, so I emailed them twice a day asking for it. I got it in the mail 2 weeks later!
good luck.

They told me that they wont send me a letter showing a Zero Balance, What do I do
I called GFI today and they were so rude with me on the phone wanting $350 on a $200 loan that i have paid $155 towards already I told them there is no way for me to do this at this time So they are sending it to legal and of course he told me that he is calling my relatives etc.
They are out of the UK he tells me but the mailing address is NV and they show no record of my certified letter but I have the signed copy what do I do about that?

just keep emailing GFI...hassle them until they send you that letter. Like I said, at least if they reply by email, you'll have something in writing even if they do not send you a letter in the mail...
