how do i know what the pdl companys can do in reference to the laws in this state. I think it is illegal in ct. please help me to understand

Who are the lenders? Are they internet or storefront? If you are confirmed about the payday loans illegal in CT, stand strong and do not let the lenders intimidate you in paying higher charges.

the loans i have are fsm,plaza processing,paycheck today,gec, sjm,telmerica-wwcash, cash today, these are all internet, I am not what the statues are for my state, I thought i was. this is a shame. My credit union said that they could stop payments on them for me. ive had plaza processing since last year and also cash today

If you check these companies in the forum here, most of them have violated the state laws and do not have complete licensing info in the state of the borrower. Keep a check on your bank and monitor the activities of these companies. If they do any unauthorized debits, close your checking account immediately. Call them and ask to give the details of your loan account so that you can decide your next payments.
