I have looked over the Indiana law on PDL. However, I have 13 PDL's and they are all thru the internet. I have one loan with PayDay Yes. I have paid 687.50 and the loan was only for 425.00. They are not lincesed to work in the state of Indiana. So can I send them a letter to mark my account paid in full or not.

Yes, you mentioned paying 687.50 for the loan of 425.00. Also, I am assuming that you have considered the charges mentioned in your state for the specified term.
You need to contact the loan company and get a "Paid in full" letter and the account is to be closed.

Yes I would give it a try also complain complain complain to the AG of your state. These complaints are working. I would also close account and open a new one. Dont let them bleed you dry. Because they will. Best Wishes KYSIDE38
