I have to say thank you to the many that helped me through the PDL Hell.. I took advise and now am PDL free the last of them paid by my tax return. If they ever send me the info I was suppose to get it today.. oh well also the storefront that had 5 of my checks never did a thing I still am waiting for the Dept of Corp. But what ever happens happens
And thanks to this site I found Prosper and I was funded today ( just waiting for my deposit) this will pay ALL CC's and I will have one payment and not live negitive paycheck to paycheck anymore.
Thank you to Steeler and Fin and the many more who's name I just cant recall right now..
I will check in from time to time but thanks again

I'm in a pretty good mood today myself. I paid off one storefront today, and now I have 3 more to go. This pdl mess has absolutely been driving me crazy, but the feeling of getting one of them paid makes me feel a whole lot better Very Happy

Congratulations to you! It must be a great feeling, like maybe you have graduated from something or completed a course. In a way I guess you have.....you were in the grips of these predators and by yourself and your wits got yourself out! Sounds like school to me-----

All I can say is dont give up on this site.. I didnt always post BUT I did check in every day or two.. and the information was helpful..
every PDL paid was a such a relief. I must also say I had wonderful support from Friends and Family some helped me with short time loans ( paid back) so that I can take control but many sleepless nights and lots of tears..
and those with so many PDL's that cant fight them.. Really check out the Prosper. they are like a PDL with out the intrest.. you know your intrest and you know your payment. and even if you are a HR let then guide you through dont give up. Dont give up.. not all our debt is PDL some are CC and CA I had both.. I have rotten credit.. Now I can improve that. ok off the soap box Embarassed

Congratulations on becomind pdl free! We are very proud of your efforts. I remember the sleepless nights myself and they ended after I found this site over a year ago. Please let kyside and myself know whatever address or information (phone) mycashnow provides you. I am redealing with them after a year and it hasn't been pleasant. We would appreciate the help. I'm glad that you were funded by prosper. It seems that has happened for a couple of members recently. Continued success to you and don't be a stranger Smile

I think you misunderstood.. MCN is offering to settle with a pay off. ( that I do owe them princeable plus legal intrest.) But I have yet to hear from them..

Fellow Prosper member, very happy with them as well, unfortunately for me it ended up being too little too late, litterally, if I had gotten 1900 when I first tried, I would have been free last summer but it did come through, saved me from distruction for a few months and the small payment ever month for 3 years will help my credit, really hope they grow, such a great opportunity for everyone, cant wait to be a lender and make good interest helping people just like us escape from such a tough time.
