Sub: How to get a debt consolidation loan with poor credit

I own a house and i want to put the rest of my debt in one loan . Do you know of any reliable companies that would do such a poor credit debt consolidation?

Crus, please register in this website and you will get a call from a debt counselor working in your area. The list of companies is in the ranking chart here. Take their free quote and know the options. If it suits well to your requirements, you may enroll in their plan. Be sure to check for their business feedbacks in the DA's office and the BBB. Some companies turn out as scams.

Sub: poor credit debt consolidation

i called one today and they couldnt help me because all my loans were in collections and they didnt have any interest rate. they said i was better off paying them my self then having them pay them for me for a fee. so i have like a 100 thousand in equity and i wanted to borrow like 10thousand to pay off my outstand debt in collections to repair my credit

Did you confirm from the collection agency about your debts? I am assuming that you have reviewed it thoroughly and there is nothing to dispute. If this is the case, your next step is to write a settlement offer to the CA.

I too was wondering on the same line.... I want to consolidate all my loans into one but the problem is that my credit stinks. Isn't it possible to do debt consolidation with poor credit? I mean if I had good credit I wouldn't have been needing debt consolidation, right?

Probably not...with bad credit you are viewed as a credit risk.

You might want to look at a debt consolidation company or a non profit CCCS.
