I thought this one would be easy since it was serviced by Fia but now I don't know.
My wife had a Prudential credit card with an $8k bal serviced by FIA that we last made a payment in Sept 2011. After 30 days they sent it to a collection agency Encore. Any recent dealings with Encore, I know it's still early for settlement, just want to know what i'm up against.
I have a BOA card that is 60 days past due and am hoping to get 20-30% when the time is right, the bal is $18k, we'll see.
