My credit rating its low 507 and I need to refinance my car !! I owe a bunch of credit cards and I first need to repair my credit before doing anything else..

Any future lender will look into your credit scores before refinancing. It does matter if you are late with your credit card payments. You have to pay within the due dates or at least show the accounts paid in full in your credit report to get the best scores. See more tips on credit repair.

Once you have paid off most of the debts, you will be able to shop with different lenders and get decent interest rates. So, you need to work hard for a while and improve your credit rating.
